30-Day Return Policy for Used Appliance Parts

We are committed to providing high-quality used appliance parts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item, under the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped (unused and undamaged).

  • The original part identification and labels must remain intact.

  • Parts must be returned in a resalable condition. Used parts that show signs of wear and damage may be subject to inspection.

  • Electrical components are non-returnable if installed or tampered with due to safety and reliability concerns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or As-Is.

  • Installed or modified parts.

  • Electrical components that have been installed or show signs of use.

Refunds and Restocking Fees:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Exchanges:

  • If you received an incorrect or defective part, we will offer a free exchange or a full refund, including return shipping.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@oemdepot.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#).

  2. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

  3. Include the RA# and your original packing slip or order number in the return package.

  4. Ship the item to:

  • Please verify the part compatibility with your appliance model number before making a purchase. (Cant find Model# we can help or view our Model number location page)
